| Our department
offers a week training seminar every year where Master Trainers from the
North American Police Work Dog Association (N.A.P.W.D.A.) do certifications and training. Our seminar offers a public demonstration and a banquet for the participants. Training is usually held from 8:00 AM until the late hours of the night. Last year our training was held September 13th through the 17th and focused on tactical issues. |

| Officers and their K-9's came from Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Missouri to participate in the training. Trainers came from Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Massachusetts. |
