Neighborhood Watch We are constantly striving to start new, and maintain our present, Neighborhood Watch Program throughout St. Francois County.  There are presently four Neighborhood Watch Programs in unincorporated areas of the county. Click on the sign for more information Our first Neighborhood Watch was initiated by sheriff Bullock in 1995.  The program is based on the "nosy neighbor syndrome".  If neighbors look out for each other, and report crimes to law enforcement, we will all be able to sleep better at night.
